Claims we can support
We do not make security or integration claims without the evidence.
We do not describe a product as “FERPA certified,” “fully accessible,” “provably fair,” or able to integrate with every SIS unless we can support that statement. Our procurement answers are tied to the product, its architecture and testing, the proposed service terms, or a written plan to close a known gap.
Privacy and data handling
For each implementation, we document which data is used, why it is needed, who can access it, where it moves, how long it is kept, and how it is deleted. Demo environments use synthetic data unless the district approves another arrangement.
Accessibility
This website supports keyboard use, visible focus, responsive layouts, semantic controls, and reduced motion. We do not currently claim independent accessibility certification. Product testing and any required fixes must be included in the district’s acceptance plan.
Hosting and recovery
We confirm hosting, environment separation, backups, recovery, monitoring, data location, availability goals, and incident responsibilities for the product and contract. This website does not make those decisions for a district deployment.
Support and changes
The service terms state support hours, response expectations, escalation, maintenance, releases, reports, configuration changes, and new development. We do not use this website to promise unlimited support or changes.
Procurement review
For a qualified procurement, we can prepare a requirements matrix, implementation responsibilities, acceptance plan, data-flow inventory, subprocessor list, accessibility response, security questionnaire, and list of exceptions.

Report a security concern.
Please send enough detail to reproduce or assess the issue. Do not include student records or exploit a suspected vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it.
