This notice applies to the public website at gunasolutions.com. A district product deployment may have a separate privacy notice, district agreement, and data-handling terms.
Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address, organization, topic of interest, and message. Do not submit student records, credentials, or other sensitive information through this form.
How the information is used
Guna uses contact information to respond to the request, evaluate a potential business relationship, schedule follow-up, and maintain ordinary business records. Guna does not sell contact-form information.
Service providers
The website is hosted through Firebase Hosting. Contact-form submissions are processed by Formspree. The website loads Montserrat font files through Google Fonts. Those providers may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, and timestamps, under their own terms.
Cookies and analytics
The current public-site code does not intentionally install advertising or behavioral analytics trackers. Service providers may still receive standard network and request information required to deliver their services.
Retention and requests
Contact information is retained as needed to handle the request, maintain business records, and meet legal or contractual obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted through this website, email info@gunasolutions.com. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or contractual reasons.
Changes
Guna may update this notice as the website or its service providers change. The revision date above identifies the current version.
