About Us
Guna Solutions
Guna Solutions is a consulting and software company dedicated to changing lives through achieving organizational excellence.
We partner with organizations to operationalize their vision.
Goal #1
Improve organizations and lives through our partnerships, products, and services.
Goal #2
To offer a suite of software tools to help organizations achieve excellence.
Goal #3
Provide clear and measurable transparency in the effectiveness of our offerings to build trust with our clients.
Founded by Dr. Joshua McDowell and Mikael Magnuson in 2020, Guna Solutions began with a mission to help high schools implement the Career Academy model, creating opportunities for students to thrive. From these early successes and challenges, the team developed the Operational Vision Framework (OVF)—a prescriptive, strategic planning approach adaptable to diverse sectors, including economic development, non-profits, and education agencies.
Our commitment to leadership development extends beyond planning. Recognizing the need for streamlined processes, we collaborated with clients to create innovative software solutions tailored to their needs. Building on our trusted relationships, we expanded our services to include grant writing, leveraging our expertise to secure funding and drive growth for our clients.
Leadership is also at the core of our approach. Mikael, a co-founder, brings specialized expertise in cybersecurity, driven by his passion to empower small businesses, government agencies, and non-profits with affordable and effective solutions.
At Guna Solutions, we focus on leadership, strategic growth, and fostering development at every level of an organization. Call or email us today to book an appointment and see how we can help your vision become reality!
